Stowford Leisure in North Devon, (Stowford Caravan Centre), is made up of a fantastic team of people, most of whom have worked at Stowford for many years.
We are proud to say that every member of our team is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly, and are always committed to getting the job done, to the highest standard possible.
Andrew and Debbie Noall are husband and wife, and are the Directors of Stowford Leisure Ltd.
Andrew and Debbie were part of the family who founded and ran the award-winning Holiday Park, Stowford Farm Meadows, for many years.
They created Stowford Caravan Centre in the early 2000’s and Stowford (South Wales) in 2011. Both centres have become incredibly successful over the years, with Stowford Caravan Centre becoming one of the South West’s largest caravan dealerships, and Stowford (South Wales) becoming the leading Bailey caravan and motorhome dealership in Wales.
Andrew and Debbie are both actively involved in the running of the business. They value their relationships with all of their staff and work closely with them to ensure the business operates with a personal and family-run feel.
Tom is the General Manager and has worked at Stowford Caravan Centre since 2004, in its founding days. Tom’s main role is in Sales, but with his many years of experience and his dedication to getting the job done, you could find him undertaking almost any role within the business… (Except paperwork!) Tom will be a familiar face to most of our long-standing customers, having been at the heart of Stowford for so many years.
Bev has also been a part of Stowford Caravan Centre since the founding days and has experience in the Sales, Aftersales, Servicing, Administration and Accounts departments. She currently manages Servicing and Aftersales, as well as playing a role in the Accounts, but her extensive experience means she can step in almost anywhere if needed, making her an invaluable member of the team.
Verity is the daughter of the Directors Andrew and Debbie Noall, and has worked at Stowford since April 2014. She has had experience in both the Devon and Wales branches, and her primary role is currently Sales Administration. Verity also handles the websites, social media and photography, and is training in Sales.
Gemma has worked at Stowford Caravan Centre since the early days and has experience in both Sales and Administration. She has recently started working with Bev on Aftersales and Servicing, so she will have knowledge in a range of departments. Gemma will be a familiar face to many, having worked on the front line at Stowford for so many years.
Debbie joined Stowford Caravan Centre in February 2018. Although she is one of the newer members of staff, Debbie has fast become an integral part of the Administration team. Debbie’s primary role is Sales Administration, however she also has some experience in the Servicing and Aftersales aspects of the business, and has knowledge on the running of our social media pages and website content.
Hannah has worked at Stowford since November 2018, and her primary role is cleaning and making sure that vehicles are tidy and presentable on our forecourt. Hannah puts her utmost effort into the presentation of every vehicle she enters, and this makes her an invaluable member of the team.
All of our caravan technicians are fully qualified and experienced in all aspects of caravan servicing and repair. Read more about our workshop facilities and all the qualifications our caravan technicians hold on our Caravan Workshop page.
Rob has worked at Stowford Caravan Centre since May 2015, and is the Workshop Manager. Rob’s time is often split between customer communications, administration and time on the tools. He is very capable in all aspects of his job and monitors the progress of work to ensure the business runs on time.
Kev has worked at Stowford Caravan Centre since the early days of opening. Many people will remember him from his years working in Sales, and he played a major role in our Campervan conversion project. Kev is now mainly behind-the-scenes as the Workshop Supervisor, but his years of experience across most aspects of the business make him an important member of the team.
Mark joined Stowford in August 2018. He has spent most of his time gaining technical experience and qualifications in our workshop, and has more recently moved into the role of conducting handovers. Mark’s technical knowledge of caravans makes him a great handover man, as he can explain the basics but also has the knowledge to talk more technically, for those who like a little more detail!
Aaron has worked at Stowford Caravan Centre since August 2007. He is a longstanding member of the workshop team, which means he has a large amount of technical experience and he specialises in the ordering and management of parts. Aaron has an exceptional eye for detail in all the work he does, which also makes him great at problem solving when needed.
Paul joined Stowford in March 2015 and is based in the workshop; however you may recognise him from his years working in the Stowford Accessory shop, prior to training as a caravan technician. Aside from Paul’s experience in the workshop, he also has some background knowledge in IT, so he comes in very useful whenever we have computer issues in the offices!
