Re-Opening Information

Following the recent update on government guidance reference COVID-19, we are pleased to announce that Stowford Caravan Centre, (North Devon), are able to begin re-opening.

As always, the safety of our staff and customers is our top priority and we will be taking every precaution to make Stowford a safe and COVID-19 compliant place. Our re-opening will be gradual, and we will make sure this web page and our Facebook page are kept up to date, to ensure you know exactly how we are operating.

Vehicle Viewing

At present, we are operating with only a couple members of staff, and most of their work is being conducted from home, so the Sales Office in Devon is not operating in the normal way, meaning our forecourt is closed for casual browsing. You can view all our stock on our website, which is being kept up to date, for you to browse from home.

If you see a vehicle you would like to view, please get into contact with Tom, our Sales Manager, who will be happy to provide any further information and arrange a viewing by appointment for the specific vehicle(s). Email Tom on: [email protected]

We will make the vehicle(s) available for you to view and if you decide you would like to go ahead with a purchase, we will be more than happy to discuss those options with you, to find the simplest and safest way to proceed.

Safety Measures

When the time comes to re-open our office and forecourt to the public, we want you to be reassured that every precaution is being taken to ensure we are following recommended guidance and keeping everyone as safe as possible. Here are some of the measures that we will be putting in place:

  • 2 metres of social distance between all members of staff and customers
  • Hand sanitiser available upon entry to the office
  • Dividing perspex screens on desks and counters
  • Regular sanitisation of all surfaces
  • Appointments system for viewing vehicles
  • Limited number of people within the office

We appreciate your cooperation at this time, as we understand that adjusting to all these changes can be strange. But we will do everything we can to keep you safe and we ask that you abide by these measures to do the same for us.

Is your Bailey due its annual Service?

Bailey have announced that they will be extending the due date of the 2020 annual service by an additional 4 months. Please feel free to get in contact with us about this when our service department re-opens.
